Chapter 163 Vision: It is our vision to have a recognizable name and logo in Pierce County; have a fully interactive information flow with our members and legislators; and, have a very high degree of satisfaction and understanding by our membership

Chapter 163 Mission: It is our mission to have a strong legislative committee with regular contact with our legislators and timely information to our members and to support NARFE-PAC. Chapter leaders will recruit, develop and train new officers and committee chairs, promote methods to increase chapter attendance and promote inter-chapter communication. Leaders will participate in activities such as health fairs to obtain new members, have a welcome program for new members and have a strong retention program. The chapter will have an active Service Center, support Alzheimer’s drives and provide social times and programs.
