The Federal Executive Boards are a valuable link between OPM and the federal workforce in the field.

  • The FEB works to dissemination information on Administration initiatives;
  •  Share technical knowledge and resources in procurement, human resources management, and information technology between local federal agencies;
  •  Implements the local Combined Federal Campaign;
  •  Helps agencies to pool resources to provide, as efficiently as possible, and at the least possible cost to the taxpayers, common services such as training courses (including FERS and CSRS Retirement seminars), and alternative dispute resolution consortiums;
  •  Encourages employee initiatives and better performance through special recognition and other incentive programs; and
  •  Facilitates information dissemination during emergency operations, such as under hazardous weather conditions and natural and man-made disasters; responding to blood donation needs; and communicating related leave policies.
